Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SuperLaunch.io (the "Platform"), operated by SuperLaunch Technologies LLP ("SuperLaunch," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SuperLaunch.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SuperLaunch. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What SuperLaunch Is

SuperLaunch is a community platform where founders submit AI tools and SaaS products for discovery, and reviewers provide feedback, ratings, and votes. We are a discovery and feedback platform — we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any tool listed on the Platform.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting tools. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Your content, your responsibility. When you submit a tool, write a review, leave a comment, or post anything else on SuperLaunch ("User Content"), you retain ownership of it, but you're solely responsible for it. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

License to us. By posting User Content, you grant SuperLaunch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform and in related marketing (e.g. featuring a review in a newsletter or social post).

No fake content. Reviews, votes, and ratings must reflect genuine use and honest opinion. Submitting fake reviews, voting multiple times through multiple accounts, paying for votes, or otherwise manipulating rankings is prohibited and may result in removal of the content and termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit tools that are illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or infringe on others' intellectual property
  • Use bots, scripts, or fake accounts to inflate votes, reviews, or traffic
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
  • Scrape or republish Platform data without permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our discretion.

6. Reviewer Program

Reviewers who participate in good faith (genuine, honest feedback) may be eligible for rewards as described on the Platform from time to time (e.g. tools, recognition, or other perks). Reward structures and eligibility criteria may change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

7. Paid Services (Launch Kit and other offerings)

Some features, such as the Launch Kit, are paid services. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:

  • Pay the listed price at the time of purchase
  • The scope of what's included, as described on the Platform at the time of purchase (e.g. number of reviews, featured placement duration, newsletter mention)

Refunds: All sales are final.

Paid placements and reviews do not guarantee positive reviews, ratings, or outcomes. Reviewers provide honest feedback regardless of paid status, and SuperLaunch does not alter review content in exchange for payment.

8. Intellectual Property

The SuperLaunch name, logo, and Platform design are owned by SuperLaunch Technologies LLP. You may not use our branding without written permission. Tool names, logos, and trademarks submitted by founders remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

SuperLaunch integrates with or links to third-party services, including Discord and Substack, and tools listed on the Platform link to external websites. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers

SuperLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of reviews, ratings, or tool listings. Use of any tool discovered on SuperLaunch is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLaunch Technologies LLP and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including damages related to tools you discover or interact with through SuperLaunch.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperLaunch harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SuperLaunch at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users. You may stop using SuperLaunch and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users directly.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
