Paste a URL and see the full chain: each hop's status code (301, 302, 307, 308), its destination and how many milliseconds it took. The checker catches redirect loops, flags 302s being used for moves that are really permanent, and suggests collapsing a multi-hop chain into a single 301. The worked example on the page traces an old blog URL through three redirects (HTTPS, then www, then a slug change wrongly sent as a 302) and shows how one direct 301 replaces them. That's useful after a migration, an HTTPS switch, or when Search Console reports "page with redirect". Free, with no sign-up, and nothing stored.
